The Casadona Group of companies includes Casadona Investments Corp. and Casadona Properties Inc. The portfolio of assets in these entities are intended to provide a diversified portfolio of opportunities consisting of fixed income, equities, commercial and rental residential real estate. The over-riding strategy of our family office is under pinned with the desire to develop the internal human capital and resources to self-manage our portfolio of investments. We are focused on providing competitive lower risk returns targeted towards the long term inter-generational preservation of capital.

Casadona Investments Corp. was established in 2011 with a strategy focused on building and sustaining a portfolio of fixed income, and equity assets with a long term investment horizon. Casadona Properties is a wholly owned subsidiary of Casadona Investments. The vision of the company is to be a premier North American development, acquisition and operating company of commercial and rental residential real estate that provides free cash flow and competitive long term returns. Our goal is to build a strong foundation of high quality legacy assets which are respectful of the environment and provide positive and rewarding experiences to our clients, partners and the communities in which we work and live.

Casadona Place is a 254 suite luxury rental apartment which is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2019. It will be well situated in close proximity to the South Health Campus hospital and to the future Calgary Green Line LRT.
