ASSETS

Auburn Bay Station   

Located at 100 Auburn Meadows Drive, SE, Calgary, Auburn Bay Station is a newly developed 84,000 square foot retail center in the heart of Calgary’s fast growing southeast quadrant.  The center is wholly owned by Casadona Properties and was constructed in 2016 in accordance with high quality standards.  Auburn Bay Station is the only commercial site in Auburn Bay and will house approximately 23 individual tenants in nine separate buildings across an 8 acre parcel.  The anchor tenant is Co-op Grocery, Liquor and Gas Stores with other major tenants including Tim Hortons, A&W, Domino’s Pizza, Blackbird Pub and Kids’ Stop Daycare.

Auburn Bay Station is in an ideal location just south of Stoney Trail on the west side of 52^nd Street, providing great access and egress to the center and to Calgary’s main thoroughfares.  The center is also poised to be a strong beneficiary of the proposed Green Line LRT expansion with a station planned immediately adjacent to the property.

Surrounding Auburn Bay Station is the community of Auburn Bay, a young development enjoying strong demographics.  It has a 5,000 home development with over 1,400 additional multifamily units either under development or newly constructed. Auburn Bay Station is ideally located as a neighborhood retail center within walking distance for a large percentage of the Auburn Bay community.

Fairmore

Fairmore was constructed in 2016 and is a high quality 25,000 square foot mixed use office – warehouse industrial real estate asset. It is ideally located at 1000, 7005 Fairmont Drive S.E. near Glenmore Trail in southeast Calgary. The location provides good access and egress to the site. This is a single tenant, long term leasing arrangement leased by Canem Systems Ltd. Fairmore is wholly owned by Casadona Properties.
